Terms and conditions
- Generally we need 24 hours notice for a delivery. If you need an emergency order we can usually help you – please call Tom 07943 123 028 or Jim 07985 901 344.
- Minimum order is generally £25 – if you need a small order please email deliveries@sourcefood.co.uk and we will try to help you.
- Please note that all prices are net – all catered food is subject to the current standard rate of VAT and will be added to your invoice.
- Payment of cash / cheque on delivery is required unless you have an account with us.
- Cancellations – we need 24 hours notice for cancelled orders. Any less then payment will be required in full.
- Generally we deliver to the Chiswick, Richmond, Kew and Brentford areas. For deliveries outside of this area please email deliveries@sourcefood.co.uk with your address and approximate requirements – we will try to help you.
- Cutlery, napkins etc. We will delivery napkins and chopsticks as standard. If you require plastic cutlery, plastic glasses etc please state this in the delivery notes section and we will try to help you.
- Confirmation of order being placed is not a guarantee that the order has been accepted.
